When we first started looking at houses in the summer of 2023, it seemed like everyone else was also looking for a new house to buy. Every house we put an offer on already had like 6 offers and ours usually wasn't one of the best due to financial limitations. After putting in about 4 offers and almost being chosen for 1 of them, we decided to take a break. Our plan was to start looking again in the Spring of 2024. One fine night in (December 2023) scrolling on Redfin, not really looking for anything, we saw a house that checked ALL of our boxes. We decided right then to contact Nick Keller, not expecting to get a response until the next morning as it was after hours. He responded right away letting us know that he will get us in to see the house the next day. When we went to see the house, it was as if it was already ours. We absolutely loved it. Nick helped us put in an offer quickly and made sure the offer was good, and competative, without breaking the bank. After anxiously waiting for 1 whole day, our offer was accepted!!! The house was going to be ours. The appraisal ended up being worth more that what we paid and Nick was able to get us 3% closing help in our offer. We didn't have much saved up to buy a house, so this was amazing! From then, it was smooth sailing. After lots of emails, inspection, signing documents, the house was ours! We have a new home, a first home, and are absolutely loving it. I would 1000% recomment Nick Kellar and his company to anyone who is looking for a new home or looking to sell a home. Our experience with them was terrific and having our own home has felt live changing. (So much more space!!!!)

Brady Sipes at Atlas Premier Realty was an immense help in the entire process of selling our home that we lived in for 31 years. He listened and understood our goals and then made suggestions that helped us meet them. He offered ideas on improvements that would sell the house for a good price in a short amount of time.
